Go to Pages – Add New. Create 2 pages with name “Home” and “Blog”.
Go to Appearance – Customize – Homepage Settings or Go to Settings – Reading.
To display posts on homepage, you can select Your latest posts.
To display homepage sections or page content on homepage, Select A static page.
Choose Homepage as “Home” and Posts page as “Blog”.
Click on Save Changes.
