Go to Pages – Add New. Create 2 pages with name “Home” and “Blog”.
Go to Appearance – Customize.
Go to Homepage Settings. Click on A Static Page. Select Homepage as “Home” and Posts page as “Blog”.
Click on Enable Homepage Content if you want to show the content of the page “Home”.
